Shipping And Delivery

We provide shipping to all our customers that includes inspection, fast & on-time delivery, top quality packaging, and timely communication at each stage of shipping. We work towards shipping your orders as swiftly as possible, and partner with the best in the industry, using FedEx as our trusted logistic partner to make your shopping experience outstanding and enriching. We need certain declarations / documents from you (customer) as per the State VAT/tax laws to provide the documents to government authorities through our logistic provider. These requirements are applicable only in few states like Madhya Pradesh, Kerala etc.

  • Do you deliver everywhere in India?
    We strive to deliver to all the pin codes of India. At the time of shopping, please check if your pin code is covered by our Logistics Partner. If not, we would request you to provide an alternate shipping address or Contact us
  • How long does it take for delivery?
    When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours / 1 working day and gets shipped within seven business days of order placed and delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page. Track your order.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to be reflected in our delivery partner's tracking system. Therefore, delivery status information may not be available until the following business day. Please Contact us if you are unable to see your delivery status after 48 hours. You can also track your Order Status by entering your Order ID & Mobile No. or Email ID
  • Shipping Charges?
    Shipping charges for all our Products will be extra as may be applicable from time to time. As a promotional offer, we do not charge shipping charges initial promotional period. Hence, there will be free shipping is available on most of the products, until mentioned on the product page. Delivery method applicable is standard delivery used by our Logistic partner FedEx.
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?
    Address or Communication details can be updated/changed only 24hrs prior to the pickup of the shipment by our logistics partners. To know, the status on the order placed, please check on Order Status by entering your Order ID & Mobile No. or Email ID.
  • I have ordered for more than one product. Will I receive all products together?
    We understand that each product is special for you, and at Herman Miller we try our best to deliver all the products together. However, this might not always be the case due to operational challenges. You will be notified if all the products will be shipped together or separately.
  • I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed. How do I go about with it?
    We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a call or email us and we’ll email you a soft copy.
  • Do you deliver internationally?
    Right now, we do not deliver items internationally. You can make a purchase from anywhere in the world using Indian currency as mode of payment as long as the shipping address is within India.

All you need to do is email us the duly filled document on india_custcare@hermanmiller.com with a subject line as “Your order ID-Shipment-Document”. We are indeed sorry for the additional step but our objective is solely to ensure a smooth and quick delivery process.
