Shipping Documents

We need certain declarations / documents from you (customer) as per the State VAT/tax laws to provide the documents to government authorities through our logistic provider. These requirements are applicable only if your shipping address comes under any of the below States:

All you need to do is email us the duly filled document on india_custcare@hermanmiller.com with a subject line as “Your order ID-Shipment-Document”. We are indeed sorry for the additional step but our objective is solely to ensure a smooth and quick delivery process.
